Shipping policy

For items that are Ready to Ship are dispatched within 6 business days. All other jewelry is Made to Order. Please allow 2 week processing time for products that are Made to Order for manufacturing. Orders that contain both Ready to Ship and Made to Order are shipped when all items are complete.

We currently only ship to the Domestic United States. Domestic orders are shipped using USPS or UPS carriers.

For rush orders, please contact jojosoloart@gmail.com before placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Expedited shipping is subject to an additional fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund lost or stolen packages.  Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order.
