Refunds

All sales are final. We currently don't do refunds or returns, however we can offer exchanges. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.


Exchanges
We have a 7 day exchange policy. You have 7 days starting from when you receive the item to contact us for an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted and in the same condition as sent, we will send you information on how to purchase for the new item.

The buyer is responsible for all exchange shipping fees.  All exchanges must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization.  Tracking information must be sent to jojosoloart@gmail.com within 24 hours of shipping the return. Returns shipped without tracking, authorization, or outside of the approved window will be returned to sender. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
